My wife needed a huge break today, so I got up and hauled our 3 and 6 year olds to the Oklahoma Aquarium, which just added some super exhibits.  They love that place and so do I.  I also love my kids and my wife very much and we all had a great time today doing our "thing!"

If you have never been to an aquarium then I insist that you go.  They are a great place to learn some really cool things about our aquatic friends and they are also very relaxing.

Anyway, I thought you guys might enjoy some of the pics I took today on our trip. :)

 

Whoa… super cool, reminds me of the movie "The Abyss"

If you have never been to an aquarium then I insist that you go. They are a great place to learn some really cool things about our aquatic friends and they are also very relaxing.

You did great job on photo and the kiddies sure look Happy!!!.I love Aquariums. I've been to several.. The TN Aquarium is really a great tour also (had to throw that one in haha)

Chattanooga, they have a website. Aquariums are all Over the US. We like our fish..lol The Memphis one a combo zoo and aquarium would be closer for you though. If you do go to Memphis you Have to go the Pyramid museum too. I hope they still have it open. You might need to check. It's on Mud Island. It was Fantastic walk through.

Nice photos of your family outing, great job capturing the inhabitants of the Aquarium...that is one really nice bass...he would be a keeper in my neck of the woods, LOL! Thanks for sharing, looks like there was fun had by all!

You got yourself two cuties there MM. I love going to aquariums. I used to keep a lot of fish tanks when I was younger. Fish are great pets and you can learn a lot from keeping them.

Probably hard to get photos due to the flash reflection? Nice ones - cute "fish."

We have the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach that I take my g-daughter to at least once a year. We both have a blast and it never gets boring!

We have an aquarium here--I've gotten a membership every year since my first granddaughter was born. We go at least once a month! She never seems to tire of it. Pretty soon, her little sister will be old enough to take with us.
